Returns Policy

Sometimes you receive a product that doesn’t meet your requirements, or you just expected it to fit you better. We understand this and that’s why you’re able to return the items you’ve received.

Damaged products and other issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and correct the mistake as soon as possible.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to return the item after you’ve received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, sanitary liner intact (swimwear), and in its original packaging.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale or summer sale items. Final sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or online credits.

All items published online are in-stock and ready to ship unless marked otherwise. We offer free standard delivery on all orders over €50. Simply add different products to your cart and check out. Within a few days, your order will be delivered!

Shipping Times

Depending on your location in the world, our shipping times vary. As of 2023, we do not support shipping to the United States. We expect to be shipping to the US in May 2024.

USA:

We currently do NOT ship to the US.

Europe:

1) Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
2) Fast 2-day delivery: within 2 business days

Rest of the world:

Delivery time varies between 5-13 business days. We only ship to certain countries outside the EU-union, including Switzerland, Norway and Denmark. Please see the full list here: full list.
